Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain assigned third-party software (primary ownership of Greenhouse and HRIS platforms).
- Provide user support, training, configuration changes, and documentation to ensure proper system usage.
- Maintain data integrity, user access controls, and system configurations aligned with business needs.
- Act as subject-matter expert for assigned tools and respond to questions and issues.
- Identify cross-team needs, define requirements, and create integration or development requests as needed.
- Monitor COTS product updates and assess features for positive business impact.
- Develop and deliver training materials and change management resources to support adoption.
- Manage vendor relationships, track renewals, and coordinate contracts and procurement standards.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
