We're looking for recruitment coordinators to work directly with the sales and engineering team to build the most efficient recruiting systems in the market. You will work on the highest-priority accounts to source ad-hoc experts to the Terac panel.
You're someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.
Coordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects
Work with the CEO/CT to design important recruitment frameworks
Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform
Ensure execution under demanding timelines
Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency
Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels, using data to boost participant retention and engagement
Experience attracting world-class talent in short time frames.

Data-driven: You make data driven decisions. Like any marketplace, problems can balloon at scale. It's vital we track LTV, CAC, and measure everything to ensure we make informed decisions.
Bias to action: You will operate with a high-level of agency. This means not every initiative will be discussed or thought out. We're looking for someone comfortable in failure, but can come to us with a list of initiatives where you tried something, measured the impact, and either doubled down or quit - all without permission

We operate in-person six days per week in our downtown SF office
