GTM Enablement Manager, Product

Temporal is an open-source-focused infrastructure company building a developer platform to simplify reliable application development. The GTM Enablement Manager, Product will own release-driven enablement and foundational product curriculum to ensure customer-facing teams (AEs, SAs, Technical Services) are field-ready and can have credible technical conversations.

Skills

  • Strong technical literacy and ability to translate complex technical concepts for sellers and buyers
  • Experience designing product curriculum and role-based learning journeys
  • Familiarity with enablement tooling and LMS/CMS/KMS
  • Comfort using AI tools to create and iterate content
  • Data-driven approach to measure and improve enablement outcomes
  • Understanding of sales motions and frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Own field readiness for product releases by translating product updates into field-ready enablement with PMM, Product, and SMEs.
  • Design and maintain foundational, role-specific product learning journeys for AEs, Solution Architects, and Technical Services.
  • Run ongoing product knowledge programs: enablement calls, certifications, curriculum updates and cadences.
  • Curate, adapt and extend existing content into actionable enablement materials and playbooks.
  • Partner cross-functionally to surface field feedback to Product and PMM and iterate enablement based on data and SME input.
  • Measure enablement impact using field feedback and analytics, and continuously improve programs.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Technical degree (CS, Engineering) or business/marketing degree helpful but not required
