In this role, you’ll collaborate with IT leaders, engineers, vendors, and program participants to ensure seamless coordination, clear communication, and successful program delivery—both on campus and beyond.
How You Will Contribute:
Program Planning & Development
Partner with IT leadership to plan, implement, and evaluate technology programs
Help define goals, projects, policies, and procedures—while troubleshooting and researching solutions
Collaborate with directors to create and expand new initiatives
Assess client needs by mapping current and future business processes through technology
Support engineering‑related projects
Follow up with clients and stakeholders, including occasional travel
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain program documentation and membership records
Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and detailed meeting minutes
Document business processes, functional requirements, and technical specifications
Track circuit installations, changes, and disconnects
Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including off‑site sessions
Support training efforts with materials, maps, and end‑user documentation
Create and distribute newsletters for program members
Schedule communications and invitations with timely, relevant information
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Manage vendor quotes and contract renewals
Create web documentation and process product‑receiving records
Training & Professional Development
Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities
And of course—support additional initiatives as needed.
What you need to know
Salary: $4,583.34 monthly
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree—or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least two years of related professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of networking experience
Two years of project management experience
Two years of customer or vendor relationship management experience

Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

Work Environment & Expectations
Regular computer and phone use
Ability to travel independently (approximately 10–15%)
Occasional work outside standard business hours—including evenings or weekends—to support technology services
This is a security‑sensitive position requiring compliance with applicable state, federal, and university policies
Export‑control authorization is required prior to employment
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel independently to other and/or remote locations by driving and/or flying on commercial airlines.
