Skills
- Proven experience building mission-critical, scalable systems using general-purpose languages (e.g., Java, C#)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, databases, and infrastructure
- Experience with data processing, messaging, and performance tuning
- Ability to design APIs and services that meet business and compliance requirements
- Comfort owning projects across the full lifecycle and operating in production
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain backend and cross-platform features for the supply platform
- Ensure inventory and seller flows meet performance, reliability, and SLA targets at scale
- Collaborate with product, platform, and other engineering teams to define technical solutions
- Own projects end-to-end from design through production and ongoing support
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting best practices and inclusive teamwork
- Analyze system behavior in production, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
