Responsibilities
- Develop and improve methods to maintain healthy flow of critical components
- Manage and continuously improve demand and supply plans for the Starship design group
- Maintain accurate multi-level BOM configurations and track fulfillment across assemblies
- Establish stock levels, reorder points and part retention policies based on criticality and consumption
- Work with engineering to define critical spares and appropriate spare quantities
- Automate repeatable planning and sourcing activities to increase efficiency
- Drive cross-functional meetings to resolve fulfillment and supply issues
- Proactively communicate critical supply risks and status to management and engineering
Education
- Advanced degree OR bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience
- Background in engineering, purchasing, material/production planning, operations, or supply chain management preferred
- ITAR eligibility (U.S. citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) required
