Responsibilities
- Deploy, upgrade, operate, maintain, and scale mission-critical products and services
- Manage infrastructure as code and use observability tools to monitor application health
- Collaborate with software engineers to design operable, maintainable, and testable systems
- Participate across the software lifecycle from design through deployment and continuous improvement
- Practice incident response and conduct blameless postmortems
- Provide high-quality end-user support to vehicle software engineers and participate in on-call rotation
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using measurement-driven approaches
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering preferred
- Equivalent professional experience (3+ years SRE/DevOps) accepted in lieu of degree
