- Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment

- Root-cause analysis and problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Master Schedules using Factory Scheduler, ERP/MRP, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Coordinate inputs from engineering, manufacturing, development, suppliers, and stakeholders to align dates with vehicle production needs.
- Prepare daily work schedules for multiple areas, track progress, update critical path schedules, and communicate adjustments to leadership and teams.
- Prioritize work, allocate resources, and support tooling/fixture/test equipment planning.
- Support internal logistics for critical work movement and manage push/pull jobs to improve lead times and reduce stagnation.
- Collaborate with operations and production engineering to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Assist in root-cause analysis for manufacturing issues and provide feedback to improve planning.
- Organize and communicate daily priorities to production coordinators, team leads, and supervisors and support weekly production plan reviews.
Education
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of manufacturing scheduling/planning/operations experience OR
- 3+ years of professional experience with manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations in lieu of a degree
