- Ability to analyze data and build business cases (Excel, basic statistics)
- Experience or familiarity with CAD, SQL, BI tools, or scripting/analysis tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills
- Willingness to work extended hours/weekends as needed and be onsite in Redmond, WA
- ITAR eligibility (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or ability to obtain required authorizations
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute capital equipment, machine, building/infrastructure, and layout upgrades related to materials management
- Manage material flow and logistics projects to meet production and site demand on tight timelines
- Identify root causes in the material flow and logistics value stream and implement corrective solutions
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve operations metrics and key process indicators
- Extract and transform data to support business cases and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Train inventory, receiving, and logistics staff on best-practice operations and lead process improvement workshops
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (required)
- Master's degree in engineering or supply chain (preferred)
