Responsibilities
- Ensure all parts and hardware are on-hand and kitted for projects
- Receive, store, and issue raw materials, parts, details, and hardware to support operations
- Organize parts and materials in bins, drawers, and racks and identify stored locations
- Monitor part supply levels, including shelf-life, tooling and consumable inventory
- Maintain documentation for standard equipment and tooling
- Monitor, track, and coordinate movement of parts to ensure project readiness
- Oversee RFI material for upcoming jobs, perform lineside cycle counts, and organize external storage
- Ensure projects have proper documentation upon handoff from engineering to the dev shop
- Run clear-to-build reports to optimize tooling schedules
- Develop and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement processes
- Create and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints
- Analyze data and collaborate with supervisors and managers to verify metrics and drive results
- Work with planning, procurement, engineering, and production to keep scheduling and inventory data accurate
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
