Responsibilities
- Maintain and own the master utility and facility sheet, coordinating stakeholder inputs and ensuring accuracy.
- Develop and manage the master site plan with multi-year forecasting for infrastructure and growth needs.
- Drive land planning and campus usage strategies to optimize expansion and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with local government, landowners, and external stakeholders to secure partnerships and approvals.
- Partner with Government Affairs to expedite regulatory approvals and remove blockers.
- Align with construction, operations, and site leadership to prioritize and execute infrastructure projects.
- Lead and project manage utility expansions from planning through implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Planning required
- Advanced degree (Master's/MBA) or PMP certification preferred
