- Deep experience with Salesforce integrations and Service Cloud concepts
- Hands-on configuration and native automation within SaaS platforms (CLM, CTI, notification/survey tools)
- Strong API troubleshooting and integration lifecycle management
- Data schema mapping and real-time synchronization expertise
- Vendor selection and technical evaluation experience (RFPs, POCs, gap analysis)
- Experience with telephony/CTI (IVR flows, call routing, agent presence) and notification platforms
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain application logic, triggers and multi-step automations within CLM, telephony/CTI, notification and survey tools.
- Lead technical vendor evaluations, RFPs, POCs and gap analyses to select new software solutions.
- Design, implement and monitor integrations between third-party tools and Salesforce, including data mapping and synchronization.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Customer Support and other stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and deliver automated solutions.
- Support and optimize the Service Cloud environment to ensure external communication tools sync correctly with Salesforce objects.
- Act as Tier 3 support for application-specific issues, troubleshooting code/APIs and resolving integration failures.
- Maintain data governance, integrity and real-time synchronization across the application ecosystem.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree accepted
