- Proven experience leading multiple engineering managers and large technical orgs
- Deep technical fluency across frontend, backend, and infrastructure (React to cloud infra)
- Strong background in building scalable consumer-facing systems and services
- Hands-on experience with incident management, observability, and performance optimization
- Experience driving developer experience, CI/CD, and release engineering improvements
- Ability to distill business needs into technical roadmaps and execute cross-team initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow leaders across Cloud Infrastructure, Release Engineering, DevEx, IT & InfoSec, and Frontend Design Systems
- Own reliability, performance, and quality for systems used by millions; act as escalation path for production incidents
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business objectives into the Systems roadmap and ensure execution
- Collaborate with Program Management to deliver cross-cutting, organization-wide projects
- Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent and coach managers to support and grow their teams
- Drive tooling and automation to increase team productivity and reduce operational overhead
- Promote observability, performance tuning, and measurable SLAs/SLIs across systems
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Prefer graduate degree in technical or business field (optional)
