Reporting to the Manager of Field Marketing, the Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) in making Red Bull the number one brand in their region. The FMS serves as the face of Red Bull in the local market, representing the brand in the most relevant way while aligning with global and national strategies and priorities.
The FMS is responsible for gathering key local insights by building strong networks with specific communities and key local environments, including important local content creators. They provide input to design and implement innovative marketing initiatives that reflect local needs and characteristics across the four pillars of the marketing mix: Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications, leveraging both On-Premise and Off-Premise channels.
The Field Marketing Specialist works primarily in the field, manages a local team of Student Marketeers, and brings the World of Red Bull to life on campus and in the broader market, reaching new consumers at key entry points.

Manage sampling requests, both external and internal, ensuring they align with broader priorities.
Ensure effective consumer interactions that lead to positive trial, addressing and overcoming barriers and negative perceptions when necessary.
