Technical Sales Engineer (East and Central USA)

Pallet builds AI Agents to automate logistics workflows and is backed by top investors with rapid revenue growth. We're hiring a Technical Sales Engineer to drive technical validation, deliver tailored demos and prototypes, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to win and scale enterprise logistics customers.

Skills

  • Strong API and data schema (JSON) fluency
  • Experience building prototypes with low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool, Postman)
  • Hands-on familiarity with automation and AI-driven products (browser automation, RAG, voice AI)
  • Proven ability to craft and present compelling technical demos to executive and technical audiences
  • Experience mapping integrations across TMS/WMS/CRM or other logistics systems
  • Customer-facing consultative skills and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical demos and tailored experiences that accelerate deals
  • Build quick integrations and prototypes using low-code tools (Zapier, Retool, Make) to demonstrate value
  • Map and reason through data flows across TMS, WMS, and CRM systems, including APIs, schemas, and webhooks
  • Partner with Sales on proofs of concept and technical validation throughout the deal cycle
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from operations teams to CTOs
  • Enable the GTM team by creating demo templates, running feature briefings, and improving internal technical fluency
  • Capture field insights and feed feature requests back to Product to shape the roadmap
  • Travel to customer sites and events as needed (approx. 20–30%)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Continued learning in AI, integrations, or product-focused disciplines preferred
