Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid), São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Mexico City 

Reports to: VP of Revenue.

Role Overview
  • We are seeking a Head of Marketing to own and scale Olé Life’s end-to-end marketing strategy. This is a leadership role with direct impact on growth, brand, and market expansion.
  • The Head of Marketing will be responsible for defining positioning, driving demand generation, and building a high-performing, data-driven marketing engine that supports Olé Life’s growth objectives. This role partners closely with the CEO and the leadership team, and works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Revenue teams.

Marketing Strategy & Growth
  • Own and execute Olé Life’s marketing strategy across LATAM, aligned with company goals and growth targets.
  • Define brand positioning and messaging to ensure clarity, consistency, and differentiation across markets.
  • Partner with leadership on go-to-market strategies for new products, channels, and geographies.

Brand & Communications
  • Build and protect the Olé Life brand across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive narrative and strong market presence.
  • Oversee content, storytelling, and communications strategies that support trust, education, and adoption in insurance.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with the Revenue team to align marketing efforts with pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations to ensure marketing initiatives reflect real product value and customer needs.
  • Act as a key marketing voice within the leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions.


What You Will Need
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within high-growth startups.
  • Proven experience owning marketing strategy and execution at a regional or multi-market level.
  • Strong background in demand generation, brand building, and performance marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience managing KPIs and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience leading teams and managing agencies or external partners.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • High ownership, autonomy, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
