What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive the design and implementation of scalable, intelligent workflows and applications across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and HRSD.
Define architectural standards and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing platform solutions.
Own and manage the ServiceNow platform end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, upgrades, and overall platform health
Establish and enforce platform governance standards for architecture, security, scalability, and user experience
Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of platform operations and service delivery
Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of engineers, including internal staff and external partners
Manage vendors and partners to ensure high-quality delivery, performance, and cost efficiency
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and automation to enhance efficiency and user experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
12+ overall years experience with enterprise architecture, IT leadership, or large-scale software engineering and platform management (including SaaS and AI/ML systems)
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with system-level development
Hands-on experience with test automation, production testing, and automation frameworks
Solid understanding of Linux, embedded systems, firmware, and hardware/software integration
Deep knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow (HR, Security, Finance modules preferred)
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Automated testing frameworks, and structured software development methodologies
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive strategy, process discipline, and organizational change
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience implementing enterprise-grade governance for agent systems (controls, audit-ability, monitoring, policy enforcement) in production autonomous workflows
Demonstrated wins taking new/open-source agent constructs from POC to production adoption, with clear business impact (cycle time, quality, cost, reliability)
Built and scaled an agent platform or agent developer experience used by multiple teams (SDKs, templates, reference apps, reusable building blocks)
Clear point of view and real examples on build-vs-use decisions—when to adopt OSS/3P vs build internal primitives—and how to operationalize the choice
Deep experience with agent evaluation at scale (long-horizon tasks, tool correctness, reliability testing, automated regressions, offline/online feedback loops)
