AI & Partner Systems Strategy Manager

The AI & Partner Systems Strategy Manager will lead PRM modernization and AI‑enabled transformation across the partner ecosystem, driving system strategy, solution delivery, and cross‑functional execution to scale partner growth and improve partner experience.

Skills

Experience managing PRM/CRM or partner portals and partner-facing digital ecosystems
Strong understanding of AI applications, automation, and data-driven workflows
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them for technical teams
Analytical skills to use data and system metrics to prioritize improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication with technical-to-business translation
Familiarity with integration frameworks, system architecture, and data governance
Project and stakeholder management experience

Responsibilities

Define and lead the global PRM modernization strategy and multi‑year roadmap aligned to partner and business needs.
Drive design, development, and deployment of AI‑enabled initiatives to automate workflows, improve partner insights, and enhance experience.
Oversee the full lifecycle of partner systems projects: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, optimization, and roadmap planning.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Partner Operations to ensure scalable, integrated partner systems and data flows.
Identify system gaps and opportunities to improve workflows, data quality, partner engagement, and system usability.
Evaluate and recommend partner technologies, AI solutions, and automation tools to support digital transformation.
Translate partner and business requirements into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
Measure system performance using analytics, gather partner feedback, and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Partner with readiness/enablement teams to drive adoption and ensure partners can effectively use platform tools and features.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (required)
Master's degree or advanced business/technical degree preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, PMP, CSPO) are advantageous
