As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction. Your role focuses on minimizing churn, identifying and capturing opportunities for account growth, and converting customers into strong external references.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 (Applicable to California)
