Skills
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for backend/serverless development
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, S3, etc.)
- Experience building REST API integrations and working with JSON
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging and performance tuning skills
- Experience with contact center technologies, especially Amazon Connect
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and implement Amazon Connect and contact center solutions
- Develop hands‑on serverless code (Lambda) and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation)
- Build and maintain integrations across systems using REST APIs and JSON
- Lead development teams, distribute tasks, perform code reviews and mentor engineers
- Provide technical advisory during business process reviews and refine functional user stories
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integration with Amazon Connect
- Create technical documentation and deliver end‑user and technical training
- Apply AWS best practices for security, scalability, and operational excellence
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent practical experience in software engineering and AWS
