We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our recruiting and staffing products. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business strategy, driving scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance how companies find and hire talent.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions that solve real-world hiring challenges.
Define and own the product roadmap for recruiting and staffing platforms
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, high-quality products
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations to ensure product alignment
Analyze user data and feedback to inform product decisions and improvements
Lead agile product development cycles, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality and performance standards
Communicate product updates, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
3–7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products
Strong understanding of software development processes and systems architecture
Experience working with engineering teams in an agile environment
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience building SaaS platforms or HR/recruiting technology products
Familiarity with APIs, data systems, and integrations
Experience with data analytics tools and product metrics
MBA or advanced technical degree
