Skills
- 5+ years building full-stack applications
- Backend development experience in PHP or another object-oriented language
- Experience building modern frontend applications using React or similar frameworks

- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration in fast-moving environments
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer-facing features across web and mobile platforms.
- Partner with product and design to understand requirements, shape solutions, and deliver high-impact features.
- Own projects end-to-end from technical design through implementation, testing, and release.
- Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code for frontend and backend systems.
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions to improve performance, scalability, and developer experience.
- Iterate on the customer experience using experimentation and data-informed decisions.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold strong engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-team engineers to integrate with shared services and platform capabilities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
