At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive.
Content Design at Lyft operates horizontally, building the language and information architecture across our rider and driver experiences. This role spans two areas of critical need: central content design work that sets the standards and systems the whole discipline depends on, and end-to-end ownership of Loyalty and Partnerships surfaces, including programs like Lyft Pink, Lyft Cash, and integrations with partners like United, DoorDash, and Hilton.
We're looking for a Senior Content Designer who can move fluidly between defining how we write and designing the experiences where that writing lives, all while bringing a genuine fluency with AI tools and AI-driven content to the team. This role sits within Design Foundations and partners closely with product, engineering, and design leads across the company.
