Our client is hiring an Executive Director, Medical Evidence & Outcomes to lead evidence generation strategy spanning clinical studies, real-world evidence, health economics, and value communication for a growing medical technology portfolio. This role will sit at the intersection of Clinical, Medical, Market Access, and Product leadership, ensuring evidence plans support both regulatory requirements and broader market adoption.
The successful candidate will bring strong strategic judgment, scientific credibility, and the ability to translate evidence into a compelling value narrative for internal and external stakeholders.
$230,000 - $285,000 base salary, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.
