- Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution, from market assessment and concept development to commercialization and lifecycle management
- Drive new product development by building business cases, defining product requirements, and contributing to financial modeling and forecasting
- Execute successful product launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring readiness across sales, marketing, and operations
- Develop and implement brand and positioning strategies that clearly communicate product value and differentiation
- Monitor and manage product performance, including revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align product development with market needs and regulatory requirements
- Support sales enablement through training, tools, and go-to-market materials
- Ensure alignment across departments to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6–8+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 2+ years in product management roles
- Experience in product launches and lifecycle management within a growth-stage organization
- Background in agriculture, crop protection, or biological/biocontrol products strongly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience managing complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Self-starter attitude with high attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel up to 30–35% with a valid passport and driver’s license
