Remote CAD Engineering Designer

- Prepare design deliverables in CAD, including physical layouts, civil grading plans, and structural details.
- Utilize AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D to draft and revise designs and related documentation.
- Incorporate information from engineers and vendor drawings into coordinated design deliverables.
- Identify and resolve design issues to support cross-discipline coordination.
- Conduct thorough self-checks to ensure design completeness and constructability.
- Support field activities, gathering data, and updating designs based on real conditions.
- Collaborate closely with engineers from various disciplines to maintain project timelines.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Aided Design Technology or equivalent experience.
- Over ten years of detailed CAD design experience in power projects.
- Proficiency in 3D plant layout modeling tools.
- Strong communication skills to interface with engineering teams.
- Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley Microstation, and Navisworks.
