Marketing Manager, Campaigns

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager, Campaigns in the United States.

This role is responsible for driving customer engagement, pipeline growth, and cross-sell opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns. You will execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize performance using data-driven insights, and experiment with innovative approaches to improve marketing outcomes. Working closely with Product Marketing, Customer Growth, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable results. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. Accountabilities:
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, landing pages, digital programs, and events
  • Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and timelines with Product Marketing and Customer Growth teams
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely, accurate campaign delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and pipeline contribution
  • Run experiments and tests to optimize targeting, conversion, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product launches, lifecycle marketing, and revenue goals
  • Leverage AI tools to support campaign development, content iteration, segmentation, and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within technology or SaaS companies
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns and managing campaign assets
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Desired: experience marketing to associations, supporting product launches or lifecycle campaigns, and familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools
