Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications
- Prepare construction cost estimates and perform quantity surveys for various scopes
- Manage cost and design issues across project phases
- Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractor scope
- Support and participate in BIM processes and coordination
- Oversee project purchasing including scope coordination, proposal evaluation, negotiations, and contracting
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain schedules and budgets
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related construction/engineering field
