- Strong attention to secure, high-quality code and best practices

- U.S. citizen or legal resident able to work domestically and attain required clearances
Responsibilities
- Develop and support complex WordPress implementations, including custom themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks
- Translate technical architecture and requirements into scalable, maintainable back-end code
- Contribute to headless and decoupled WordPress implementations as guided by Technical Architects
- Integrate third-party platforms and APIs (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) to extend functionality
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to ensure platform stability
- Provide input on feasibility, performance, security, and implementation approaches during planning
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to internal tools and open-source efforts
Education
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
