- Ability to define KPIs, success criteria, and data-informed product decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Technical fluency to translate requirements for engineering and validate implementations
Responsibilities
- Serve as Product Owner for Agile sprints: manage backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize bugs/issues.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, success criteria, KPIs, and go-to-market readiness for assigned initiatives.
- Elicit, document, and translate business and functional requirements for engineering and QA teams.
- Coordinate prototyping, technical development, testing (including verification/validation and operational acceptance), and product launches.
- Own BAU enhancements: analyze issues, prioritize fixes, and manage ongoing requirements.
- Collaborate with CTO, VP Engineering, Project Manager/Scrum Master, and business leaders to align priorities and resource estimates.
- Communicate progress and trade-offs to the Project Prioritization Committee and stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Relevant professional experience may substitute for formal degree
