We're seeking passionate, innovative minds to join our journey. Be a part of our dynamic team and let's transform the industry together!
CreatorIQ is entering its next phase.
Over the past decade, we have built the leading enterprise platform powering the creator economy. As creator marketing has moved from experimentation to core enterprise strategy, brands have demanded scale, governance, measurement, and trust — and CreatorIQ has delivered.
Now the market is shifting again.
AI-driven execution, agentic workflows, and data-native operating models are redefining how enterprise software is built, consumed, and valued. Execution is being automated. Infrastructure and structured data are becoming strategic control points.
CreatorIQ sits in a uniquely powerful position:
11 years of full creator marketing lifecycle data
Deep enterprise relationships
Platform coverage from creator discovery through payments
A vision to evolve from workflow SaaS to AI-native infrastructure
We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead this next chapter — redefining not only our go-to-market strategy, but how CreatorIQ is positioned as the operating system and data backbone of creator commerce.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how an entire category evolves in the age of AI.
What This Role Is — and Is Not
This is:
A true executive role with ownership of growth, positioning, and category authority
A chance to help transition CreatorIQ from leading platform to AI-native infrastructure layer
A build-and-scale role with meaningful influence across Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and the Board
A strategic partner in evolving our pricing and monetization model as the market shifts from seat-based SaaS toward usage- and infrastructure-oriented models
A cross-functional executive partner who ensures marketing strategy is aligned, transparent, and integrated across the organization
This is not:
A brand-only or communications-only role
A demand-gen “service organization” for Sales
A caretaker role for an already-finished narrative
A leader focused solely on past positioning without shaping where the category is going
What You’ll Own
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy that drives predictable pipeline and ARR
Partner tightly with Sales leadership to:
Define ICPs and buying committees in an increasingly AI-enabled enterprise environment
Build and scale an enterprise ABM motion
Improve sales enablement, messaging, and win rates
Evolve marketing into a measurable, AI-leveraged growth engine
Drive increasing revenue per employee through smarter segmentation, automation, and precision targeting
Category & Market Leadership
Define and evolve CreatorIQ’s category narrative as creator marketing enters its AI-native enterprise era
Position CreatorIQ not just as a platform, but as the Operating System and data infrastructure backbone for creator-led growth
Translate structural market shifts (AI automation, data infrastructure, API ecosystems) into clear, differentiated messaging
Establish CreatorIQ as the authoritative voice at the intersection of creator commerce, enterprise marketing, and AI-native execution
Lead thought leadership, executive content, and industry presence at the highest level
Own our Earned Podcast - from who do we interview, who conducts the interviews and how do we continue to lead the market
Product, Data & Platform Storytelling
Own product marketing and positioning across a rapidly evolving Operating System
Articulate the value of structured data, canonical schemas, APIs, and agentic capabilities in executive-friendly language
Simplify complex infrastructure and AI capabilities into compelling, outcome-driven narratives
Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure new capabilities are launched with clarity, confidence, and strategic coherence
Ensure that internal teams have clear, practical understanding of our positioning and roadmap so strategy translates into execution
Ensure consistent, differentiated messaging across:
Website
Sales materials
Analyst relations
Customer communications
Ecosystem and integration partners
Monetization & Model Evolution
Partner with Finance and Product to help evolve pricing strategy as the market shifts
Evaluate and support transitions from seat-based models toward hybrid, usage-based, API, or infrastructure-oriented monetization where appropriate
Ensure the market understands and embraces CreatorIQ’s evolution
Brand, Communications & Trust
Strengthen CreatorIQ’s brand as credible, authoritative, enterprise-grade, and future-forward
Lead PR, analyst relations, and external communications
Turn customers into visible proof points through case studies, advocacy, and community
Position CreatorIQ as both category leader and infrastructure innovator
Balance bold, future-forward positioning with grounded, transparent communication that builds trust internally and externally
Team & Org Leadership
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing, AI-native marketing organization
Embed intelligent automation and operational leverage within the marketing function
Set clear priorities, metrics, and operating cadence
Develop strong leaders across demand gen, product marketing, content, communications, and revenue marketing
Foster strong executive relationships and operate as a trusted peer across Product, Sales, Finance, and HR
Build a marketing organization that is collaborative, accountable, and deeply integrated with company priorities
What Success Looks Like
Within 3-6 months:
Marketing is a predictable and capital-efficient driver of pipeline and revenue
Revenue per marketing dollar and revenue per employee meaningfully improve
