Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize CRM and enterprise applications, including Salesforce and internally built platforms
- Manage roles, permissions, security settings, workflows, and automation
- Configure and customize platforms using declarative tools and development when required
- Oversee releases, upgrades, and adoption of new features
- Maintain data quality, governance, and reporting standards
- Partner with business units to improve processes and system usage
- Support and develop API integrations and data synchronization flows
- Build reports, dashboards, automation, and proof-of-concept solutions
- Evaluate platform capabilities including AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein)
- Document system architecture and provide advanced user support and training
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce)
