Role Overview:
The Senior Power Platform Developer is tasked with leading the development of a new, enterprise-grade Power Apps solution tailored for a Telecom business. This role requires leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform stack to digitize and consolidate data, establish complete workflows, and deliver structured outputs via a unified application platform. The ideal candidate will have a mix of development expertise, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Power Apps Development:
Design and develop both Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
Utilize PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) and React.js to create custom components.
Ensure integration between Power Apps and various data sources.
Data Integration & Management:
Configure and manage connectors for diverse data sources like SharePoint, Excel, SQL/Azure DB, REST APIs, and Dataverse.
Design data models using Dataverse and automate Excel document generation.
Automation & Workflow Design:
Develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.
Implement complex business processes using Azure Logic Apps and Functions to meet performance requirements.
Technical Architecture & Delivery:
Lead the technical design and architecture of the Power Platform solutions.
Conduct solution design reviews and optimize for performance.
Participate in agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting:
Conduct performance testing and resolve any issues identified.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
Overall 8+ years of experience is required
Power Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Development Skills: Proficiency in React.js and building PCF components.
Integration Skills: Experience with integrating and managing APIs and connectors.
Azure Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and DevOps practices.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the Telecom industry, specifically with OSS/BSS systems.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
Knowledge of Power Platform governance and best practices.
Additional Attributes:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with agile methodologies.
The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $110,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
