Skills
- Conceptual and practical fluency with LLMs and NLP for text analysis, summarization, and structured output prompting.
- Strong understanding of product management lifecycle, user stories, and agile/scrum practices.
- Analytical mindset capable of process mapping, vendor/tool evaluation, and efficiency optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with experience conducting empathetic stakeholder interviews.
- Familiarity with standard product artifacts (BRDs, PRDs, roadmaps) and SDLC considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery and translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to map collaboration workflows and identify friction points.
- Architect AI-driven document pipelines to generate structured assets (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps).
- Design and validate logic workflows such as automated meeting synthesis, knowledge retrieval, and ticket clustering.
- Partner with engineering to build and deliver an MVP integrated with internal tools.
- Maintain and prioritize the internal product backlog using AI-informed trade-off decisions.
- Define success metrics and validation frameworks to measure reductions in triage overhead, meeting fatigue, and search time.
Education
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program.
- Relevant majors: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, Engineering Management, or related fields.
