Senior Manager - IT Operations (Multiple offices)
Skills
- Deep Microsoft 365 administration experience (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security)
- Identity and device management experience (AD/Entra, Intune, endpoint lifecycle)
- Network infrastructure experience, preferably Cisco Meraki or similar SD-WAN
- Hands-on enterprise security tooling familiarity (Zscaler, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, SIEM)
- Experience with automation and process improvement to deliver measurable value
- Proven leadership managing distributed teams and mentoring staff
Responsibilities
- Lead global end-user services and helpdesk; own escalations and Tier 2/3 issue resolution
- Define and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge resources to improve SLAs and reduce repeat incidents
- Manage, coach, and develop a geographically distributed IT operations team and career paths
- Own administration and configuration of core platforms including Microsoft 365, identity services, and endpoint lifecycle
- Manage network infrastructure (Meraki/SD-WAN), Zoom enterprise, physical access systems, and remote access
- Drive automation, integrations, and modernization to reduce manual work and improve consistency
- Embed security and compliance requirements through partnership with InfoSec and Compliance teams
- Develop and execute IT operations roadmap, manage concurrent projects, and control operations budget
- Establish and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
- Advanced degree (Master's) is a plus but not required
