Skills
- 5+ years of UX design experience with product launches
- Strong mobile and web application design expertise
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing
- Experience working with engineering teams and agile workflows
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to build empathy and define user needs
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, personas, and user journeys
- Create flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps for mobile and web
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate on features
- Advocate for user-centered design decisions using research-backed data
- Facilitate product communications and present design rationale to stakeholders
- Monitor and refine overall application look, feel, and usability across platforms
- Participate in agile/lean development cycles and usability testing
Education
- BA/BS in UX, HCI, industrial design, visual design, or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience in UX/product design accepted
