Senior Solutions Consultant

AvidXchange is a fast-growing B2B payments fintech headquartered in Charlotte, NC, providing AP automation and payment solutions to middle-market businesses. They are seeking a consultative Senior Solutions Consultant to support Direct and Channel Sales—driving demos, discovery, technical alignment, and implementation planning while representing the company at events and webinars.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Direct and Channel Sales to understand prospect needs and deliver tailored solution demonstrations.
  • Join joint discovery and technical deep-dive calls with Account Executives to define implementation scope and requirements.
  • Translate product capabilities into business value for finance and back-office stakeholders.
  • Partner with product and technical teams to address feedback, escalate issues, and shape solution fit.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to resolve technical or commercial obstacles during the sales cycle.
  • Stay current on product portfolio, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform recommendations.
  • Represent AvidXchange at industry events and webinars to engage prospects and partners.
  • Support onboarding planning and handoffs to implementation teams as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
