The Healthcare Liability Claim Specialist oversees the investigation and resolution of complex, multi-state healthcare professional liability claims. You independently manage coverage analysis, liability evaluation, reserves, negotiations, and litigation strategy while partnering with insureds, counsel, and internal teams to deliver effective claim outcomes and underwriting insights.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of claim handling experience in healthcare professional liability or as an associate attorney defending healthcare liability litigation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and able to quickly learn claims management and case tracking systems.
