Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap to grow customers, revenue, and retention for the Marketing Automation suite
- Translate customer research, market analysis, and product metrics into prioritized requirements and clear product plans
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch in partnership with engineering and design
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven tradeoffs to maximize impact
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform iterations
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and field enablement with sales and marketing
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and optimize product execution processes and go-to-market activities
- Mentor and influence peers and stakeholders to align on product vision and delivery
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred but not required
