- 12+ years building production software in fast-paced environments

- Full-stack expertise with modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Next.js/Remix)
- Strong user-focused engineering mindset balancing UX and engineering constraints
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- U.S. Person required for access to export-controlled data
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical architecture and scalability patterns for QualityOS
- Architect and implement mission-critical distributed services, APIs, and tooling
- Establish engineering excellence through testing, deployment safety, IaC, and observability
- Bridge product and platform teams to shape shared infrastructure and integrations
- Represent the quality domain in MES-wide architectural and operational decisions
- Raise team technical standards via reviews, shared ownership models, and best practices
- Identify and remove systemic friction, automating and eliminating single points of failure
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience (or higher)
- Advanced degrees or equivalent technical experience beneficial but not required
