Senior S&OP Planning Analyst
Skills
- Experience in supply chain or production within fast-paced manufacturing of mechanical/electrical assemblies
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes
- Experience with MRP configuration, master data management, and inventory planning
- Analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools and custom queries
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for assigned product lines
- Lead S&OP discussions for supply planning and align forecasts with business development and growth teams
- Identify, escalate, and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing
- Report on supply and material health to inform decisions across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and BD
- Develop and maintain MRP/MRP-related processes and master data
- Drive strategic initiatives: demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (engineering, manufacturing, analytics, finance, supply chain, etc.)
- Master’s degree preferred but not required
