Skills
- Proficiency in one or more languages: C/C++, Golang, Rust, Python
- Experience assessing and improving security of firmware, embedded, IoT, network, or application systems
- Experience building, testing, and delivering production-ready embedded and/or Linux systems
- Familiarity with anti-tamper and reverse engineering techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of security architecture and secure design principles
Responsibilities
- Own development and maturation of security features for assigned products and domains
- Conduct complex security architecture reviews and threat modeling for hardware, firmware, and software
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement secure solutions and mitigations
- Work with security assessment teams to uncover and remediate weaknesses in products and integrations
- Partner with manufacturing and operations to define secure handling, deployment, and operational processes
- Research and mitigate exploits against hardware, firmware, and software components
- Develop solutions engineering for complex security challenges and support product delivery
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred but not required
