· Develop and implement data-driven solutions for marketing performance measurement, including ROI analysis and optimization
· Design and build statistical and econometric models (e.g., marketing mix models, forecasting models)
· Leverage AI and machine learning techniques, including AI agents and LLM-based solutions, to enhance analytical capabilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and technical solutions
· Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
· Automate data pipelines, reporting, and analytical workflows using modern tools and technologies
· Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through data visualization and storytelling
Required Qualifications
· Strong academic background in Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics.
· Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or R for data analysis and modeling
· Experience with data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model development
· Solid understanding of econometric techniques and their business applications
· Knowledge of AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and LLM applications
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in marketing analytics, such as marketing mix modeling, attribution, or customer analytics
· Experience building end-to-end data science solutions or analytics platforms
· Familiarity with cloud platforms and data engineering concepts
· Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries)
