Job Description Summary:
Analog Devices is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our engineering team in Beaverton, Oregon. This entry-level role (0–2 years of experience) will support fab performance improvements through capacity modeling, factory load management, WIP analysis, cycle‑time improvement, and productivity optimization. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze factory capacity, identify constraints, and contribute to WIP and cycle‑time reduction efforts using Industrial Engineering best practices. Semiconductor manufacturing exposure and familiarity with factory scheduling software are preferred.
