We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to gain hands-on experience in event management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing events from concept to execution
- Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure event requirements are met
- Help manage event logistics, including schedules, materials, and supplies
- Provide on-site support during events, including guest assistance and coordination
- Assist with registration, check-in processes, and attendee management
- Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and timelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
