Responsibilities
- Develop, coach, and grow a strong team of product managers, prioritizing outcomes over dates
- Lead product managers to deliver valuable, viable solutions grounded in deep customer and business understanding
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, customer service, finance, legal, and technology to align on constraints and goals
- Act as a play-coach: roll up sleeves as needed to lead by example and drive excellence
- Ensure product teams identify and solve root problems rather than symptoms
- Assist with quarterly planning and assign clear objectives (problems to solve) to product teams
- Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align to company long-term vision and measurable business impact
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required
