Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for a broad, mature CRM surface area, including business cases and ROI analysis.
- Conduct user research and deep dives into product analytics to discover and prioritize customer needs.
- Translate strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and development plans; maintain and prioritize backlog.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data/AI, marketing, sales, and customer success across discovery and delivery.
- Champion AI opportunities to improve CRM workflows (automation, AI-assisted data management, ambient intelligence).
- Drive releases, QA coordination, and measure outcomes to ensure delivered features move key business metrics.
- Manage stakeholder alignment and communicate product decisions and tradeoffs across the organization.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Continued learning in product, data, or AI disciplines encouraged
