We're looking for a skilled email marketing specialist to own and scale our practices' email programs. You'll design and execute campaigns, build automations, manage deliverability, and develop scalable processes — all while juggling a large book of accounts in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns across 20+ client accounts
  • Develop and document repeatable workflows and processes
  • Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting
  • Maintain deliverability health and list hygiene
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team & commercial team to align messaging
  • 2–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience
  • Proficiency with ESP platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Proven track record building campaigns and automation flows
  • Experience in an agency setting managing multiple clients
  • English fluency at C2 level required — written and spoken
  • Healthcare/Aesthetics/Beauty industry experience preferred
