Skills
- 5+ years hands-on paid social advertising experience
- Advanced, expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Strong experience with TikTok platform and ad products (highly preferred)
- Technical understanding of pixel, CAPI, attribution, and budget optimization
- Proven client-facing and consultative communication skills
- Analytical ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Attention to detail and high standard for campaign accuracy and reporting
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary strategic lead and consultative partner for high-touch clients
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and performance across Meta and TikTok
- Oversee additional social channels as needed (LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest)
- Deliver insightful, cadence-aligned reporting that drives business decisions
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to prioritize tasks and ensure execution accuracy
- Design and implement audience strategies using the Zeta Data Cloud
- Manage technical implementations including pixel, CAPI, and tracking validation
- Proactively manage client expectations and present growth-oriented ideas
Education
- BA/BS degree (quantitative coursework preferred; exceptions for strong experience)
