Client Experience Operations Manager

Zeta Global is an AI-powered marketing cloud that helps enterprise marketers acquire, grow, and retain customers using advanced AI and a large proprietary data set. We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Experience Operations Manager to support measurement projects, ensure accurate tracking and tagging, manage dashboards and timelines, and coordinate across media, analytics, and technology teams.

Skills

  • Digital media campaign operations
  • Tagging implementation and QA
  • Familiarity with tagging frameworks and tag managers
  • Knowledge of customer journey attribution concepts (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch)
  • Experience coordinating across media, analytics, and technology teams
  • Project management and workflow coordination
  • Troubleshooting data accuracy and tracking discrepancies
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with media platforms (Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk) and attribution tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows for measurement dashboards, 1PD onboarding, and audience creation projects
  • Track campaign milestones, dependencies, and risks across cross-functional teams
  • Support implementation and QA of tracking tags across media platforms and websites
  • Ensure campaign tagging follows established taxonomy and naming conventions
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to validate tracking accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Assist with documentation of tagging standards, implementation guides, and best practices
  • Support integration of media tracking data into attribution and reporting frameworks
  • Maintain understanding of customer journey attribution models and support measurement alignment
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency in campaign setup and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal data governance and marketing technology standards

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience in digital media or marketing operations considered
